📖 My story
I started in desktop support and grew, over two decades, into a solution architect and team leader for some of the largest End User Computing estates in the country — and today lead the EUC function at Mallesons. Alongside that, I founded Lotus Computers in 2023 to help small and mid-size Australian businesses get more from their IT. Along the way I’ve led migrations from on-premises to cloud-native, mentored engineers into senior and lead roles, and learned that the hardest part of any platform is rarely the technology — it’s the planning, the people and the operations around it.
My focus today is the shift to cloud-native, Zero Trust End User Computing built on Microsoft Azure, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and Entra ID — helping organisations modernise without disrupting the people who depend on the platform every day.
